Some useful tips to make your Spa experience the most rewarding.

It’s always best to come to your treatment a bit ahead of time. We accept cancellations no later than 24 hours preceding your booked treatment. In case of late cancellations or missed appointment we charge 100% of the treatment rate.

Come some 15 minutes before your scheduled beginning. It should give you enough time to get prepared.

It’s best if you come wearing a robe and slippers with bathing suit or regular underwear underneath. This way you skip losing precious treatment minutes in getting undressed.

If time allows, we suggest that you take a dip in the pool or spend time in the sauna before your treatment. It should relax you and make your body and soul be more receptive to your treatment.

Men coming to a facial should shave a few of hours prior to their treatment.

Should anything make you feel uncomfortable during your treatment we encourage you to point it out at once. It could be anything; the music too loud, the strength applied to your body overwhelming, or the room temperature too low or too high. Our goal is to make you enjoy your treatment and to that end we’ll make any possible adjustments.

Do not forget to drink water after your treatment to restore your body’s fluid balance.

Sit a while in peace and quiet once your treatment’s over.
