Box
is a form of workout of a more demanding type where one throws punches and kicks usually at a sandbag.
It combines elements from a number of combat sports, only in simplified variations. It’s a great cardio and power training, ideal for you, if you like a thorough full body workout and are bit of the wild side.

Muscle Pass
This is a training to build strength aided by to help of music to extend your level of endurance. The program is performed in a group setting involving weights whereby you control how much weight you’d like to work with.

Core
This session is aimed at improving the body’s ultimate support system which gives us stability, balance, strength and good coordination with special attention to the lower back and the stomach.

Water Training
This fun session takes place in a swimming pool and is aimed at improving your balance and strength. Depending on your condition and goal you may do this set of exercises strongly as a way to build strength or lightly just to stretch and enjoy motion and coordination.

Stretch
At this session we go through the most common stretching techniques and exercises plus show you how to stretch your deepest layers of muscles as well. For request we’ll make time to go into explanations about the different muscle groups and how to best stretch and exercise each.
