Monday – Sunday 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.*
*All premises must be vacated by 9 p.m.
Family Bath 9 – 11 a.m. every day. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. A minimum of 16 years general age limit for entry to bath and training facilities and sessions.
There’s no doubt that at our over 21500 square feet, two storey Fitness, Spa and Bath Facility encompassing 30 treatment rooms 7 saunas and much-much more, you too, will find the wellness activity you love best. Just about every day we offer some out-of-the-ordinary group training inspired by World cultures such as African dance, power sessions, Aqua Bike or Yopiqi. Find a cross trainer and other exciting training machines and weights in our state of the art Technogym.

Rules of Use
• A minimum of 16 years general age limit for entry to bath and training facilities and sessions.
•No street shoes anywhere within our Fitness, Spa and Bath facilities.
•We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged valuables.
•Weights and equipment must be returned to their original place after use.
•Conditioning machines are to be wiped off after each use.
•The use of cell phones is prohibited in our fitness facility.
•All training and bath activities take place at your own risk
