ABC Restaurant & Bar
The idea behind our restaurant is as simple as it is original. From fresh Bohuslän grown produce we create imaginative dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of Asia and California, hence the name ABC.
The acronym has initially stood for Asia, Bohuslän, California albeit its hundred other interpretations are likewise possible. And that’s precisely what lies at the heart of our entire concept; a playful experimentation triggered by the notion that the possibilities are endless and giving them a fair shot is just common sense.

Be it a lunch for several hundred conference guests, a bistro menu for a beach crowd, supper for couples on a romantic break or a festive Christmas feast; we endeavour to uphold the same high standards, whatever the task at hand.

Our ABC restaurant can seat up to 400 guests, while our terrace joined with it by floor to ceiling windows, another 300. We operate three bars on our premises.
